Students Run Oakland  | Students run Oakland (SRO) is an after-school program that promotes physical fitness, good nutrition habits, healthy life-styles and provides mentoring to urban high school students. SRO challenges students by engaging them in the demanding activity of running a marathon(26.2 miles). While training for this vigorous task, students develop the confidence to achieve goals regardless of their circumstances.
